Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two situations: when you fill out a form on this site, and if you become a client with access to a Velocube client portal.

Quote and contact forms. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, timeline, and whatever project details you write in the message field.

Client portal accounts. If you become a Velocube client, we store your business name, contact name, email, phone number, plan and billing details, project status, support tickets and messages you send us, and any documents shared through the portal.

We do not collect credit card or other payment card numbers through this website. Invoicing and payment happen outside this site, through the method we agree on directly with you.

2. How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and answer questions
• To deliver the services you've hired us for
• To operate your client portal account, including tickets, project updates, and documents
• To send you information related to a project or account you already have, such as invoices, updates, or support replies
• To improve this website and our services

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and our client portal. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Formspree — processes and delivers submissions from the quote form on our Contact page
• Supabase — hosts the database and login system behind the client portal and our internal support tools
• Resend — delivers email replies sent to you through a support ticket

We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not set marketing cookies. If a client portal login is used, a small amount of session information is stored in your browser (via local storage and a session cookie) so you stay signed in — this is required for the login to function and isn't used for tracking.

If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this section first.

5. How long we keep it

We keep quote form submissions and client account information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, or meet our own legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information that isn't required for those purposes at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct information that's wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it

Email hr@velocube.net to make any of these requests. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

This site and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including access controls on our client portal that keep each client's data visible only to that client and to Velocube staff. No online system is 100% secure, but we work to keep this one as safe as we reasonably can.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use this site or a Velocube client portal after a change means you accept the updated policy.
